Returns & Bespoke Orders Policy
At Forge & Vale, every item we create is made to order and completely bespoke. This means each product is crafted specifically for you, based on your chosen design, personalisation, and final approval.
1. Bespoke Nature of Our Products
All of our products are individually designed and produced following your explicit approval of the final design, wording, and specifications.
Once you have approved your design:
- Production begins
- Materials are committed
- The item is made uniquely for you
Because of this, items cannot be resold or repurposed.
2. No Returns or Refunds
As all items are bespoke:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction after delivery
- This policy aligns with UK consumer regulations regarding personalised goods
3. Your Approval Matters
We take great care to ensure you are happy before production begins:
- You will receive a design proof or confirmation
- It is your responsibility to review all details carefully (spelling, layout, design, sizing, etc.)
- Approval confirms you are satisfied for us to proceed
4. If There’s an Issue
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your item arrives and:
- It differs from the approved design, or
- There is a fault in craftsmanship or damage
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will:
- Review the issue promptly
- Offer a repair, remake, or appropriate solution where necessary
